Guided by the principles of responsible development, Khakhamyan Heritage, in cooperation with Yerevan Municipality, is implementing a restoration program for 4 hectares of the Nork Forests, with an investment of AMD 500 million. During the first phase of the program, 2 hectares of land were greened, with 1,100 trees and bushes planted. The second phase will also include 2 hectares with additional 1,100 trees and bushes.
As part of the project, the company provides the area with a drip irrigation system, necessary lighting, periodic preventive treatment of the trees, and security services, creating the conditions required for long-term care, preservation, and sustainable growth of the trees.
The company is guided by the vision of creating lasting value, based on the principle of responsible development. This approach implies care not only for the comfort of residents within the community but also for the natural and urban environment beyond its boundaries.
This approach is also reflected in Khakhamyan Heritage’s Amanoo residential district, located on the hills of Nork Gardens. The community offers a limited number of residences, with only 50 families per hectare. The buildings feature the region’s unique biomimetic architecture, inspired by elements of nature, while 75% of the entire 11-hectare area will be dedicated to green spaces. Around 1,100 trees and bushes are planted per hectare, further expressing Khakhamyan Heritage’s vision of creating environments in harmony with nature and shaping lasting value.
