On October 10, Khakhamyan Heritage team welcomed guests to a private sales event for its third project at Amanoo.
For one evening, Sarin’s parking area was transformed into an elegant event space, reflecting Amanoo’s distinctive aesthetic and attention to detail.
Around 220 invited guests were presented with a four-course signature gastronomic menu, specially curated for the occasion.
Throughout the evening, guests learned about Khakhamyan Heritage’s history and vision, as well as the development of Amanoo, including Ivy, now inhabited, Sarin, currently under construction, and the upcoming third project.
Guests were also offered the opportunity to purchase apartments through a private sale of a limited number of residences in the third project.
The official launch of the third project is scheduled for 2027.
