The First Presentation
In 2022, at TOON EXPO exhibition, the largest and most comprehensive exhibition in the real estate and construction sector in the region, Khakhamyan Heritage participated as the exhibition sponsor and introduced Amanoo to the public for the first time on this platform.
By that time, the principles that continue to define the district today had already been clearly established: a harmonious environment connected with nature, an artistic approach to architecture, and 75% of the territory dedicated to landscaping.
The first public presentation of Amanoo became not only the launch of a new project but also the first expression of Khakhamyan Heritage’s value-driven approach — creating environments that preserve their value and significance over time.
When the Idea Began Taking Shape
During the spring TOON EXPO 2023 exhibition, Amanoo presented not only its vision but also the development process of the project. Visitors had the opportunity to explore the district’s architecture, landscape solutions, the concept of low-density living, and the environment designed for only 50 families per hectare.
At the exhibition, Amanoo received the “Best Booth” award.
Engineering and construction solutions – the basis of quality
In the autumn of the same year, Amanoo returned to TOON EXPO with a new format. The interactive booth allowed visitors to see not only the project model but also real construction solutions: wall structures, German Schüco window systems, installation works carried out by ASEDL, and engineering solutions by Thermoros Armenia.
The presentation demonstrated that quality at Amanoo begins with details that often remain unseen, yet in the long term define the true value of living quality and experience.
Amanoo Was Presented in a Luxury Environment
In the same year, Amanoo was also presented at the Luxe Expo exhibition, alongside other luxury brands in Armenia. It emphasized the concept presented by Amanoo and its belonging to a high-end segment with quality requirements according to international standards.
It became another opportunity to demonstrate that the secret behind a high-quality lifestyle lies in Amanoo’s unique architecture, its design tailored to residents’ needs, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Amanoo is a district where lasting value is created through the combination of architecture, design, and craftsmanship, forming an environment that remains meaningful over time.
A Developing Story
In 2024, Amanoo returned to TOON EXPO, presenting its second project — Sarin. Amanoo appeared before visitors as an evolving residential district, where the second project was being brought to life based on the same values and architectural principles.
The project highlighted its inspiration drawn from Armenian mountains, mountain rivers, and waterfalls. Once again, it stood out through its distinctive approach, philosophy, and unique biomimetic architecture.
Amanoo Atmosphere Moved to the Exhibition
At TOON EXPO 2025, Amanoo introduced a new approach. This time, the exhibition presented the atmosphere that is already taking shape within Amanoo itself.
The booth was designed so that visitors could feel, from their very first step, the calm, harmonious, and thoughtfully created atmosphere that defines the district.
The exhibition featured both Amanoo projects: Ivy, already inhabited and living its green and comfortable everyday life, and Sarin, currently under active construction, continuing the next chapter of Amanoo’s story.
For visitors, it became an opportunity to see how an idea presented years ago has transformed into a real environment shaped around architecture, nature, and community life.
Each exhibition has been not only an opportunity for Amanoo to present itself but also a way to tell another chapter of its development. First came the idea, then its realization, and today — the environment where residents already live.
Lasting value begins with an idea, continues through every architectural and engineering decision, and over time transforms into an environment that lives with people and remains beyond them.
